Gordon Ogutu (PhD) is a social researcher specialising in migration governance, refugee integration, humanitarian development, and social inclusion. His research focuses on addressing the complex challenges of protracted refugee situations, migration management, humanitarian policies, and humanitarian support. Gordon has experience in strategic planning, program coordination, advocacy, and research that has informed policy and practice. Gordon’s career includes impactful roles with organisations in different countries, such as Ireland, Hungary and Kenya, where he contributed to societal transformation through evidence-based research, inclusive policy design, and community-driven initiatives.
