Dr. Kasili Mutambo
Dr. Kasili Mutambo is a researcher with expertise in counter-terrorism, deradicalization, and mediation. He holds a PhD in Diplomacy and International Affairs from EUCLID University, alongside two master’s degrees in Defence Studies (Mediation and Conflict Resolution) and Business Administration (Information Security Management).
A former camp manager at the kakuma refugee camps, Dr. Mutambo has extensive knowledge & expertise in refugee management, camp coordination and camp management.
With over 30 years of service in the disciplined forces, Dr. Mutambo is extensively experienced in peace support operations, mediation, and conflict resolution across Africa and Europe. He also holds a Diploma in International Studies, and a Diploma in Senior Level Defence Management.
His research work is at the intersection of security & forced migration.
